In today’s episode I’m sharing my thoughts on making memories. From how I used to, from how I’ve been doing lately and simply by being. I share a little story about how tea (yes, tea) has always played a significant role in my memories. From being 4 years old and drinking smoky Earl Grey with my dad to last week finally (for the first time in 1.5 years) being able to taste my green Earl Grey again. I share how I went from physical memories to digital and back to physical again and I read you a little passage from the power of now by Eckhart Tolle. I hope you enjoy the episode and maybe even find new ways of making memories. As the monk said “All that arises, passes away.” So maybe, open your eyes, instead of your phone and truly see what’s in front of you. Maybe then, the memory will stay, at least you’ve got a say over it and no one else. Sending you all hugs and smiles.
