21: Mindset Secrets To Ensure You Thrive!

This short and snappy episode will give you some quick and easy to implement mindset tips to ensure you thrive especially during moments of challenge. We have opportunity and choice even in the hardest of times. Sometimes it can feel like your efforts aren’t paying off but you have to keep going! Every moment you spend on changing your beliefs about yourself/your abilities from criticising your every move to celebrating every small will take you from surviving to thriving in time.


If you are really struggling emotionally please reach out to your GP or seek help from a therapist. Coaching can help you gain clarity on where you want to take your life when feeling unfulfilled to also untangle narratives and beliefs that are holding you back from achieving your goals.

A brief rundown of those areas to focus on:

  • Seeking help when needed: This will save you time and potentially money too
  • Reframe everything!
  • Look for opportunities everywhere
  • Stop being hyper critical
  • Set levels of goals (eg good, better, best)
  • Get it done - be conscious of where your brain says 'nah don't bother'. If you've set the commitment believe you're capable before you start to reduce the size of the challenge
  • Be intentional - what are you aiming to achieve from your choices?
  • Tweak as you go but don’t destroy yourself! If you're someone who runs close to burnout often be accountable for your health. Rest!
