Although I had heard of deceased loved ones visiting us in our dreams, I never actually experienced it firsthand. My spiritual antenna has sharpened through self-growth and mindfulness. I believe that through this self-discovery and newfound wellness, I have become more attune to my spirit guides.

This increased clarity has allowed my heart and mind to open to the possibility of this kind of spiritual experience. The dream taught me so much about myself and about the world. It served as guidance to navigate and find peace in my life.
