Heidi Snow has been providing care to thousands of people affected by air disasters and sudden loss for over 25 years. In 1996, Heidi founded the non-profit organization, AirCraft Casualty Emotional Support Services (ACCESS - accesshelp.org) to ensure no one goes through the acute loneliness, isolation and grief that she had to experience after the unfortunate flight accident which took her fiance's life.
