🌖 Waning Moon – A natural period of release and introspection, supporting rest, re-evaluation, and letting go of what no longer serves.
🌑 New Moon – A time for fresh starts, setting intentions, and planting seeds for the weeks ahead. Perfect for journaling, goal setting, and quiet reflection.

I also explore the deep connection between the moon and the menstrual cycle, highlighting how our energy naturally mirrors these cosmic shifts. Ovulation aligns with the full moon’s expansive energy—perfect for meetings, collaborations, and outward expression—while the luteal and menstrual phases call for inward reflection, rest, and slower movement, just like the waning and new moons.

I touch on the Duality of the Moon, the balance of feminine and masculine energies— Yin and Yang, Dark and Light, both present in the cosmos and within us.

Many cultures have revered the moon as both god and goddess, symbolising guardianship, creation, transformation, and renewal. By understanding and embracing these dual energies, we can recognise these within ourselves too. With this greater self awareness, we are able to work with our natural rhythms rather than against them, and harmoniously flow through life with greater ease.
