“I don’t need rest. I need restoration.”

There’s a difference between shutting down… and actually refueling.

In this episode, I’m sharing the good, the bad, and the ugly of experimenting with both sides of “rest.” Because I’ve learned that doing less doesn’t always restore you. Sometimes taking too much time off, sleeping more, or staying in low energy only keeps you stuck in an energy of very little.

But the opposite isn’t sustainable either.

Running on full speed for weeks straight can feel productive, until you realize your tank is completely empty.

This episode is about learning how to restore instead of retreat.

We’re talking about identifying what actually fuels you, why restorative choices often require you to show up even when you don’t feel like it, and how reconnecting with yourself creates clarity, momentum, and inspiration.
