It's a little glimpse into what eventually would become one of the primary drivers behind creating this podcast! I share my own struggles as a sensitive person, right from the early years to how I feel about it today and how my perspective has changed. This is the beginning of a much deeper dive into the topic of sensitivity, and I love that I was brave enough to share it (on video no less!) back in 2019.
