Incorporate meditation into your every day route through mindful teeth brushing! Brushing your teeth takes 2 minutes but are you present for any of it? Or is it just a chore that you do?

Take some time to recognize that you are using those 2 minutes to take care of yourself and try to enjoy the minty freshness of brushing your teeth. It may seem mundane and simple, but only if you see it that way. I hope this fresh look on meditating gives you time to slow down and enjoy the little things.
