Everyone's locking in for January - 5am wake-ups, gym grind, fresh start energy. And I woke up this week with nothing left in the tank. My body is screaming STOP. My brain is screaming KEEP GOING. In this episode, I'm getting honest about why resting feels harder than hustling, what nervous system regulation actually means when you've spent years in hustle mode, and why surrendering is sometimes the most delusional (and necessary) move you can make.
