On March 9, 2018 the body of a 22-year-old university senior was found in the apartment of her on and off again friend. She had been strangled to death and jealousy was suspected, but her killer soon fled the country. Attempts to have him extradited failed but over a year later his trial finally began as he faced charges for femicide. This is the story of Haley Anderson.
