Hoping you listened to Michael Ross' interview #209 and their combined interview #36 back from 2015. This will give you perspective and context for my new interview with Britni. She clearly has settled on a path, rather they have settled on a path and it is clearer than it ever was. I think the thing you can learn in talking with Mike and Britni is the way to handle change. Change outside of your control and change you choose to make. Be clear in what you want, develop a plan to get there and then execute. Oh and be sure to communicate, trust and respect your partner. It's so much better that way.
