Today on the Toy Power Podcast, we’re two months into 2021 so it’s time to take stock and talk about where our collections are at, where they’re going and what does it all mean. Ben’s story starts out sad, but there is a silver, and even gold lining to it. Did we just coin the phrase BS-Stop? Trent sets himself lofty goals of actually entering his toy room – did you know there was carpet in that room? Frank’s collecting takes a decidedly modern turn but is less actually more? Darren says he’s fine tuning before listing 10 toylines he’s interested in! Did you know that a ThunderCat is also a boat? Then it’s Show and Tell time and we have it all: from great value vehicles, to some of biggest, smallest and “first” toys ever made from some iconic lines. Prepare your ears for another rendition of Trent’s famous Wookie battle cry… Then we shoutout a couple of projects including our good friend Rob and Jay at Action Figure Adventure and the new book of The Toys That Time Forgot. And our favourite GI Joe figure makes a special appearance right at the end….
