Today’s episode is an absolute classic, because our guest Derek Lambert is just so candid and emotional as he tells his quite incredible story. Derek grew up with an alcoholic father in a religious household. As you’ll hear, he goes through some incredible highs and lows – mostly lows – in his adolescence, falling into addictive use of opiates and becoming addicted to heroin. He also became devoutly religious between episodes of intense drug use.
