When we face challenges in our life; self-chosen or not, we do still have a choice.  We have a choice in what we expect in the process.  And what we should expect is our challenges to be... challenging!!!  If you expect the process to be hard you will be more mentally prepared to work through the obstacles and find a way to fight through them.
