FAITH FOR MATERIAL AND FINANCIAL PROVISION

INTRODUCTION

  • Faith is needed for our daily living.

  • Faith is the master key to a triumphant life.

  • Faith is the atmosphere of God — the realm in which He operates.

  • God does not honor anything except by faith.

  • Anything done outside of faith is unacceptable to God.

  • God desires to supply all your needs.

  • Even if you have money physically, spiritual transactions still require faith (e.g., buying a car by faith).

    UNDERSTANDING THE LIFE OF FAITH
    1. We Are the Seed of Abraham

    • By redemption, we are connected to Abraham’s covenant blessings.

    • 📖 Genesis 17:1–7 — God’s covenant with Abraham flows to his spiritual seed.

    • Therefore, the covenant of provision belongs to us.

      2. You Must See God as a God of Abundance

      • 📖 Hebrews 13:8 — God never changes. If He provided before, He will provide again.

        UNDERSTANDING THE SOURCE OF OUR PROVISION
        Jehovah Jireh — Genesis 22:14

        Jehovah Jireh reveals two powerful truths:

        1. God sees your need and makes provision ahead of time.

        2. God provides miraculously — supernatural supply.

          • 📖 Isaiah 65:24 — Before you call, He answers.

            God Is the Source — The Rock

            • 📖 1 Corinthians 10:1–4

            • We must trust in “the God of supply.”

            • He is the unending source that never runs dry.

              TRACK RECORD OF GOD’S SUPPLY

              God has a proven history of supernatural provision:

              1. Manna for 3 million people for 40 years

                • 📖 Psalm 78:25

                • Provision for the widow of Zarephath

                  • 📖 1 Kings 17:8–16 — It will not finish.

                  • Coin in the fish’s mouth

                    • 📖 Matthew 17:27

                    • Feeding of the 5,000

                      • 📖 John 6:11

                        📖 Hebrews 11:2 — The elders obtained a good report through faith.

                        HOW TO CONNECT YOUR FAITH TO SUPERNATURAL SUPPLY
                        1. Do Not Worry

                        • Anxiety paralyzes faith.

                        • Worry cancels God’s power in your life.

                        • 📖 Matthew 6:25–34

                          2. Believe in God’s Supernatural Ability to Provide

                          • Heaven has divine storehouses.

                          • 📖 Deuteronomy 28:12

                            3. Maintain a Close Walk With God

                            • Relationship with God attracts provision.

                            • Holiness leads to prosperity.

                            • 📖 Genesis 39:2–3 — The Lord was with Joseph.

                            • 📖 Psalm 34:8–10

                              4. Follow Divine Direction & Obey Instructions

                              • Every blessing from God carries a specific instruction.

                              • 📖 Isaiah 48:17–21

                              • 📖 Psalm 23:1 — The Lord leads; provision follows.

                                5. Be Diligent in Your Work

                                • The covenant provides for diligent workers.

                                • 📖 Psalm 1:1–3

                                • 📖 Proverbs 10:4 — Hard work leads to profit.

                                • “For every labor, there is profit.”

                                  6. Confess, Decree, and Speak Abundance

                                  • What you speak determines what you experience.

                                  • 📖 Numbers 14:28

                                  • 📖 Mark 11:23

                                  • 📖 Proverbs 18:21 — If you don’t speak, you’re not expressing life.

                                    7. Live by the Covenant Practice of Seedtime and Harvest

                                    • The Abrahamic covenant is activated through giving.

                                    • 📖 Genesis 8:22

                                    • 📖 Luke 6:38

                                    • 📖 Luke 18:12

                                    • “It is better to owe your problem than to owe God.”

                                      CONCLUSION

                                      God wants to supply all your needs, but it requires faith, obedience, diligence, and covenant practice.

                                      Faith is not just for spiritual matters — it is the key to material and financial provision.
                                      As you believe, speak, obey, and sow, you position yourself for supernatural supply.
