Menopause expert, Dr. Esnielle Brooks is back today from her Red Deer, Alberta Menopause Clinic to help us understand what perimenopause can look like, how early it can start, and why it's very important to be aware of this.

Born, raised, and educated in South Africa, Esnielle brings a global lens to her work in women’s health. She's a certified menopause practitioner, continuously deepening her knowledge in women’s and sexual health, honouring the complexity of this life stage with both science and sensitivity. 

She's the founder of The Menopause Clinic and The WellPause Collective, two spaces rooted in empowerment, education, and community. Esnielle is a proud mother of three incredible children and shares life’s quieter moments with two soulful dogs who’ve walked many chapters with her. Her work is grounded in connection, curiosity, and care, creating space for women to feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate transformation.
