He is also an instructor who teaches a certificate program on diversity, equity, and inclusion through the University of Wisconsin School of Business's Center for Professional and Executive Development. He is also Chief Information Officer with Uplifting Impact, a DEI firm that provides services in consulting, training, and coaching.
