Great interview with Mark and Kieran who are tasked with adding an eCommerce division to an existing wholesale model. Surprise it is not easy and they have to push hard for resources. No surprise that companies are slow to add an unproven eCommerce division, but these guys are finding their way and adding at a slow and steady pace.
