21c Moses Ministry Podcast

Welcome to our new Corinthians series! In this series, we'll take a deep dive into the concept of faith and how it can transform our lives.

Using the life of Apostle Paul as our guide, we'll explore how faith should be based on the demonstration of God's power, rather than relying solely on information or human wisdom. Our passionate speaker will inspire you to examine your own faith and ensure that it's grounded in the power of God.

We'll also tackle the tough topic of different religions and denominations and why having genuine faith in Jesus Christ is crucial for salvation and becoming part of the family of God.

Join us on this journey of discovery as we explore what it truly means to have faith and how it can impact our daily lives. We can't wait to share this powerful message with you!

The episode discusses the issues faced by the church in Corinth, which are still relevant today. The early church faced challenges such as divisions among its members and pressure from society to conform to traditional Greek religious practices. The video looks at the division problem, which was present in the Church of Corinth, and how it can be solved. The speaker mentions that the church in Corinth was fighting over their preference of leaders, and similarly, today, people may fight over different worship styles, Bible versions, and political preferences. The main issue of the division was caused by the Jewish people seeking power and the Gentiles seeking wisdom, which can be resolved through Christ, who is the power and wisdom of God.

The Asbury revival is currently ongoing as of February 24, 2023. My query pertains to its authenticity in relation to the divine. Is this revival genuinely inspired by the Lord, or is it a fraudulent occurrence? In this podcast, I intend to express my opinion on the matter by examining biblical principles and accounts of those who attended the Asbury revival.

I want to conclude the Book of Acts series by discussing the fulfillment of Acts 1:8, which outlines the work of the Holy Spirit among believers. They differentiate between the American Dream and the Kingdom Dream, with the former focused on material wealth and success, and the latter focused on becoming a witness of Christ and spreading the gospel. I want to encourage listeners to embrace the Kingdom Dream, which offers spiritual power rather than material gain.

Everyone wants to accomplish their American dream but is that it for our life? No, there is much more than the American dream. It is to live according to the Kingdom dream! What is the difference between the Kingdom dream and the American dream then? Let's find out from Acts 28:30-31.

As we embark on 2023, what has been your hope? Are there good hope and bad hope? Let's learn from Acts 24:15-16.

Passion is good but what if we had the wrong passion? What is then the right passion? Let's learn from Acts 23:11-12 to know what passion we must have.
