Once Habit is formed, it's tough to Break !
Did you brush your teeth today ? Of course yes, Right !
let me ask you, who told you to do this daily without fail ? Your Mom & Dad or guardian!
And, did you #learn it in a day and make it a #dailyhabit or were you forced to do it for quite a long time - maybe months or probably a year or so? For some, it wasn't a habit until mom said, "no brushing, no breakfast !"
The idea 💡 why I'm sharing this example is to make you understand that building habit is not that simple, but once it's built, it's equally difficult to stop.
What if I asked to stop brushing your teeth? You wouldn't listen, right? Why? Because now you know the #purpose of brushing teeth:
1. Whitening teeth to shine bright 🦷
2. Look confident while smiling 😀
3. Feeling fresh while breathing out, bringing the loved ones closer. (As toothpaste companies Says)
So, Here's the point, to build #stronghabits, you need to follow three simple rules :
1. Find the purpose of what you're doing ?
2. #Practice #Mastery, do it daily without fail
3. Find someone who will #track your habit and #reward you if you #succeed or #reprimand you if you don't.
By practicing these three simple rules, you can build strong habits that will #improve your #life in meaningful ways in 2025.
