Did you know that your attitude makes all the difference in your personal and professional life?

Let me tell you a small story to help you understand this:

A company wanted to start a new shoe business in a completely new market. They hired two sales professionals, John and Mike, to explore the market and submit a projection. John went first, observed the market, and came back looking worried. "This market is a lost cause," he said. "No one wears shoes here. It's a waste of time!"

But Mike was not convinced. He went to the same market, observed the same people, and came back with a huge smile on his face. "This market is a goldmine!" he exclaimed. "No one wears shoes here, which means we have a huge opportunity to introduce our products! We can start with shoes, slippers, and more. We'll be the first ones here, so we'll have a head start!"

Did you notice the difference here? John saw a problem, while Mike saw an opportunity.

Mike's positive attitude and right mental approach turned a seeming problem into a favorable situation.

So, next time you face a problem, remember Mike's approach. Look for what's right there and make it work for you.

Break the Law !

There's no #science to define the living being's #potential, everyone has it's own #capabilities and some goes beyond their usual capabilities and even #break the law of science (mostly experience based and data driven facts, can be broken by another set of data and experiences).

As like explained in this video, how bumble bee goes beyond the law of #aerodynamics and prove that the way of doing things in your own way works well.

You also must not hold yourself with any given law of #practice and #limit your capabilities to the same level. One must go beyond, #breakthelaw and explore what he or she can do by doing things differently!

Have you ever wondered why kids are so happy and adults are stressed?

The secret lies in their differing attitudes towards #needs and #expectations. Kids are deeply attached to their desires, but their emotional connection is short-lived.

They cry, they tantrum, but soon they bounce back, ready to embrace the next moment with the same joy.

Adults, on the other hand, tend to get #stuck on #unfulfilled expectations. We dwell on what didn't work out, neglecting the #presentmoment and the plethora of possibilities it holds.

We can learn from kids. They don't worry about what didn't happen; they enjoy the moment.

As the saying goes, "Life is what happens when you're busy making plans." My dear friends, let's embrace the child mindset and learn to live in the moment.

Struggling to #kickstart ? That's called #procrastination!

And we all know why we do it. When we struggle, our minds retreat to the #comfortzone, whispering that it doesn't matter if we do it today or tomorrow, it will cost the same.

But it really does! We procrastinate because it's hard, and our #minds crave ease. But delaying tasks only makes things worse!

Think about #trash - if you don't take it out today, it'll stink tomorrow!

Think of another scenario: renewing your insurance or license. If you miss that, you'll have to pay a fine to renew, or sometimes you might have to reapply, and I'm sure you know that the cost of reapplying is way higher than renewal.

Putting things off until tomorrow makes it harder and takes more effort.

So, #start today! Take #one step towards your goal. You can #improve later.

There is nothing wrong in #Renegotiating #Expectations. As the saying goes, you must relook at your decisions at least once. After all, team must be aligned to One Team, One Goal !

Think of it like organizing a #TED Talk, where you set the stage and invite your team to share their ideas, with a strict 18-minute timeline for each speaker :

To make this work, you need to take these three actions :

T - Take #Ownership : Confirm that 100% #responsibility of the target is yours, whether it's being aligned or revised.

E - #Empower your #Team - Give them the lead and assure them that you'll take the responsibility if things go wrong. If everything goes well, everyone will #share the #credit.

D - #Developmental #approach - Ask your team to come with a developmental plan, outlining what they're currently doing and what they need to develop to do things differently to achieve the #goal.

In this in-house TED talk, you can effectively renegotiate your team's expectations and align to perform together in 2025, and winning your goals.
