Think about what you need to have accomplished by the end of the year #2025 in your new role. Build your own team who must be aligned with your #Role & #Goals.
Most of the #TeamLeaders fail because their teams are not aligned. You'll find five types of people in any #company, each with a different approaches to Goals :
The #Skeptics (50%): They listen but don't believe.
#Dreamers (15%): They believe in the idea but don't think they can execute.
#Optimists (10%): They listen and feel good but are unsure.
#Rebels (5%): They don't care and won't follow advice.
#Champions (20%): They believe in and are fully committed.
And, that's where the #80/20principle comes in, will talk about it later.
Now, A one-size-fits-all approach won't work; you need to tailor your #approach to each category:
#Coach The Skeptics to address concerns and build #trust.
#Train The Optimists in specific areas to build #confidence.
#Counsel The Dreamers to overcome #self-doubt.
#Mentor The Rebels to align their goals with the organizationβs.
#Connect and #transform The Champions to amplify their #impact.
By identifying your team members and align your role & goals, you can build a strong #momentum from the beginning of the year 2025.
