"Most People, don't get it, because they don't ask" - Steve Jobs
Keep Quiet, Listen To The Customer, and Ask to Clear your Doubts! The only Mantra to get your Customer's Attention and offer the Best Possible Solution.
Here are the four steps to KNOW your Customer's needs better:
1. Keep Quiet and Listen Completely. Give your undivided attention to the customer.
2. Need has to be derived from customer's points, not from your side. Let the customer's needs drive the conversation.
3. On The Paper - every single thing the customer speaks, must be documented by you.
4. What have you understood - Recite Back your understanding and get an acknowledgement from the customer.
Once the customer agrees to what you have understood and derived from their conversation, offer the best possible Product or solution.
Remember, Every customer is unique, just like you and me. Don't try to generalize your offer; instead, make it unique. Say, "This is the product I can offer you, as it's completely tailored to your needs."
Uniqueness is what humans appreciate and look forward to being offered and perceived from everyone. I'm sure you also value uniqueness, as you are unique too!
So, craft your own unique pitch and go ahead to #MasterTheMarket!
All the best!
