There is nothing wrong in #Renegotiating #Expectations. As the saying goes, you must relook at your decisions at least once. After all, team must be aligned to One Team, One Goal !

Think of it like organizing a #TED Talk, where you set the stage and invite your team to share their ideas, with a strict 18-minute timeline for each speaker :

To make this work, you need to take these three actions :

T - Take #Ownership : Confirm that 100% #responsibility of the target is yours, whether it's being aligned or revised.

E - #Empower your #Team - Give them the lead and assure them that you'll take the responsibility if things go wrong. If everything goes well, everyone will #share the #credit.

D - #Developmental #approach - Ask your team to come with a developmental plan, outlining what they're currently doing and what they need to develop to do things differently to achieve the #goal.

In this in-house TED talk, you can effectively renegotiate your team's expectations and align to perform together in 2025, and winning your goals.
