In this episode I sit down with Dr. Luke Bruflat who is a Doctor of Chiropractic. Between and myself we have over 35 yrs treating low back pain. We discuss how we treat and more importantly, how to keep you in your workouts to reach your goals. Dr. Luke and I also touch on addressing this pain for those mountain/ western hunters, to keep them in physical shape to take on the rigors of the mountain for the hunt of a lifetime.
