This week 100% BS is joined by Olivia Solanot, my sister! Olivia and I have shared experiences around our health journeys and our path of questioning the mainstream narrative. We dive into what blind trust is and how it plays out when we don't question powerful media outlets, medical institutions, and other societal norms.

Often when we end up on a spiritual path that involves a shattering of paradigms, it can feel scary and lonely to question what "the norm" is doing. Why is it such an uphill battle to represent an alternative viewpoint? Why does it feel so uncomfortable to question common paradigms? What can we do better to be open to and consider perspectives that differ from our own? Oli and I allowed ourselves to speak freely on this topic and say what we think, even if it doesn't land well with someone.
