100% BS Solo Episode! I've been on a wild ride since May and I am here to share a bit about that journey. I did the thing... Quit my full-time job to go ALL IN on my dreams and work for myself. It has been an amazing time, full of ups and downs, and plenty of dark patches that showed me the shadows I needed to face. So let me tell you...
Quitting your job and forging your own path is nothing short of a spiritual adventure.

Alex Weber is an International Keynote Speaker on Leadership and Peak Performance, a competitor on American Ninja Warrior, a world-record holder, and an Award-Winning Entertainer for NBC.
We covered so much in one hour that it was hard to give the episode a title! This was a much-needed conversation about reclaiming what is worthy of admiration and how to move forward in times of disempowerment and collective disillusionment. Alex brings palpable passion to the subject of masculinity, healthy skepticism, and understanding your true nature.

Hunter Wade is a pastor, writer, speaker, and poet with a Masters of Divinity and a curiosity for how religion and Christianity can better our lives. She explores the history of the bible, its impact on culture, and its weaponization as well as its liberation. Hunter brings humanity back to the conversation of religion and helps us understand how nuance and complexity have their place in religion and spirituality. Despite religion's role in creating dogmatic systems, we explore how these institutions can exist with open-mindedness and freedom.
This episode helps us answer a crucial question:
What can the history of religion teach us about the human condition?

What is acceptable when it comes to honesty, truth, and expression in professional settings? How much can you "be yourself" and express your values and beliefs to coworkers, leadership, and company culture at large? These are the questions I asked myself in the past 2.5 years working in corporate and for a mid-size media company until I recently quit to go off on my own.
The truth is, the bar is pretty damn low for what we deem acceptable because of how much we've calibrated to the least comfortable person in the room. What we think is too much might actually be normal levels of dialogue and honesty.
In this episode, Bella shares her personal journey in breaking the rules of expression in her career and raising the bar on what integrity looks like.
