We talk with Dr Genevieve Hohnen, co-founder of The Volte.

The "AirBnb for Dresses" is a peer to peer service allowing people to borrow and lend high end fashion items, and has added a marketplace for fashion stories to rent and sell items as well.

Gen talks about how the idea grew into a business, the juggling of family life (the 4 co-founders have 11 children between them and a 12th on the way) and what it's like pitching to (mainly) men.
