Dr. Munsch is an assistant professor in the Department of Sociology at the University of Connecticut. Professor Munsch obtained her Ph.D. in sociology and Graduate Minor in feminist, gender, and sexuality studies from Cornell University. She also has a B.A. in English Language and Literature from the University of Virginia. In this episode, we discuss the flexibility bias which can be seen in the workplace and some environmental factors that play a role in infidelity.
