Having a Zero expectation Activity.

Hey, there dear members!
I hope you all have been having a great day!
Today's podcast talks about the importance of removing 'all' expectations.

In a world where every thing is done for a reason or a result, it seems foolish to do things with no goal or result in mind. But the reality is, when we do activities with nothing in mind, we reap uncountable fruits!

So as an exercise, create an activity or take an existing regular activity that you perform, and remove all expectations from it.

If it's something from a person, remove it; if you're doing something to get something, start doing it simply for doing it, rather than achieve anything. Feel what you are doing on an everyday basis, and make it feel new again. Remove the expectation and see the difference, you'll feel much more content with what you have and what is happening to you. You'll also feel happy with the slightest thing someone does for you, because, remember, we went out with 'no' expectations, so everything is a bonus!!
