Working in a corporate setting for most of her life, Dawn Shannon enjoyed her work and the people she worked with but she always knew she was meant for more. Fear and doubt paralyzed her from taking bold, courageous action to pursue her dreams. 

When her mother died unexpectedly, she realized life was too short to let fear rob her from experiencing and fulfilling her lifelong dreams. Without her faith and accountability partners, she would NEVER have stepped out of her comfort zone to pursue her dreams. 

Now, Dawn travels the globe speaking to others who have been putting off their dreams for decades, encouraging them to pursue those dreams NOW because tomorrow is not promised, and it's never too late! 

Dawn encourages and empowers her audience to overcome fear, shame, and doubt, replacing those limiting beliefs with bold, courageous faith to pursue and monetize their lifelong dreams. 

Her motto, "A plan without action is a dream deferred!" drives her commitment to inspire and challenge her audience to Harness the Power of Accountability!
