In this episode I am speaking with Lee Chalmers about how to find confidence and clarity for midlife women.

Lee has been working in learning and development for 16 years, teaching at business schools and working with leadership teams in corporations. Recently she gave herself permission to focus on a group she feels is full of power, skills and ambition but overlooked: Midlife Women. She created a series of online programmes, called Midlife Revolution, to help women in their 40’s and 50’s gain the clarity, confidence and courage to make midlife the most adventurous years of their lives so far. In her 40’s Lee founded a non-for-profit to help women get into politics in the UK and ran for Parliament herself. She aims to finally finish her PhD before she turns 50 this year.
