Self-Care is a phrase you have definitely heard if you are a mom and you are on social media.
We know taking care of ourselves is important, but what does that even mean and why is it so important?
I am chatting with Special guest Meridith Jacobs of Sharp Life Coaching and we are diving into all things Self-Care
Meridith has a major in psychology and a law degree from George Washington University. Her time practicing law as a divorce attorney showed her that she loved the personal relationship with her clients more than the actual practice of law. Once kids came on the scene she decided to become a stay-at-home mom. As her kids got older and became more independent she decided to go back to school to become a Life Coach. Meridith is a compassionate and patient coach who has put her passion for people and her desire to help others into this new and fulfilling chapter of her life.
