Today is my 29th birthday. The past year has been one of incredible growth, transformation and healing. In this solo episode, I offer some reflections on what I've learned from my experiences, in hopes that these lessons will support you in your own healing journey.

I am so grateful for this life, I am so grateful for this work that I am called to do, I am so grateful for every one of you that is a part of this community. I can't wait to see what the next trip around the sun has in store.
