I LOVE working online, but I miss human connection, and part of that has been my own doing with not prioritising it. I share some thoughts on how to tackle how you're truly feeling so you can finish the year (or the month!) on your terms.

It is so empowering when you acknowledge all your parts - your mum part, work part, personal part, all the things you need to have a relationship with to truly thrive. I also share some of my fave questions from my own coach this week in case they help you too.
