I sat down for a chat yesterday with Hibernian Woman's assistant coach, and owner/partner of 3 vs 2 Soccer Academy Roddy Maughan.

We touched on Roddy's journey through playing at the likes of Raith, Arbroath and East Stirling. His coaching so far and his experiences coaching in Spain and Egypt, how the woman's game may be moving forward quicker than the mens game and what Scotland can do to stop chasing other countries ideas on the football front.
