On this week's episode of the Property Hustlers Show, we had the pleasure of chatting with Arro Hossain who is a real estate investor and realtor, as well as specializes in multi-residential conversions.

Arro started out working as a crane operator but after 3 years of wondering "should I leave my job," he decided to quit and get his real estate license and became a real estate agent in Ontario. What led Arro to this decision was that he would listen to a real estate podcast and couldn't help but wonder, how hard is it to be a real estate agent?

Starting in real estate can be hard and no one really talks about the disadvantages of real estate. He and his wife had a rough start but after learning from their mistakes their investing took off. In the beginning, Arro worked more in a joint venture partnership but as time went on he decided that he wanted to handle the projects on his own. Arro works in the Hamilton real estate market where he uses the BRRRR strategy and has found that one of his specialties is working in multi residential properties.

Arro is currently working in residential real estate investing but would like to move into commercial real estate for beginners which he can do by growing capital. As much as Arro loves working in real estate one thing that he is working on is balancing work and family life.
