22. What I Learned Training for a Half Marathon

As some of you may know I ran my first half marathon completely untrained in 2019 to prove that our minds are stronger than our bodies. I enjoy the experienced so much that I chose to do again in 2021 but this time I trained 5 months prior. I really embraced the whole journey over the destination. It was a huge learning experience where I got to understand myself and my body more while also deepening into my spirituality. Listen in to hear all that I learned.
