Fulfillment, Fullness & Wholeness
We often confuse fullness with fulfillment.
We try to fill ourselves with food, work, love, money, alcohol, achievements… yet still feel empty.
Fullness can leave us heavy, stuck, or even more empty.
Fulfillment is different—it is the feeling of wholeness made alive in us.
The chase for external fulfillment is rooted in forgetting our true nature: we are already whole.
When we remember this, we stop compensating with fullness and begin leading, creating, and living from coherence.
Fulfillment is not a destination or a trophy.
It is the natural overflow of wholeness already present within us.
