I recently entered a new unfamiliar space in my career and it brought up a lot of doubt and imposter syndrome. As a second generation woman, it’s difficult to trust in myself when I’m expected to be an ‘adult’ and have my life figured out.

 

In this episode, I talk about my experiences lately of navigating a new direction in my career and the reasons why you (and I!) might struggle to trust your instincts, your capabilities and decisions.
