We're all far too painfully aware of the economic destruction that these lockdowns have caused. What is discussed far less, however, is the mental damage that forced isolation has caused, which is an even scarier dilemma.

My good friend, Jed P has struggled with depression, anxiety, and addiction for his entire life. Through his podcast, Church and Other Drugs and his professional career as an addiction therapist, Jed has done amazing work to help others overcome the same battles that he has faced.
