I received this audio book when most needed. I really like the introduction on the 1st chapters, it needs to be heard at least once. Then skip to affirmations the next times - I listen to then on the subway or while walking- . The guy who reads it has a friendly voice and it does reminds you (somehow) that is justin who wrote the book. I'm so used to listen to Justin on IG by now.

I will also print my affirmation to tape in bathroom as suggested :)

Listening to audio really helps me to fix the words into my subconscious- it's nice to be able to play whilst driving etc

Amazing book, highly recommended for anyone who needs a reminder to keep focused and positive.. I'm going to start listening to this every morning whilst getting ready. I think it's a great way to start the day and it's nice to be able to pick up where you left off at any point in the day!

I've bought and returned more than one book of this type because authors have no idea how to speak and write in the affirmative. They're so-called affirmations just sound silly. This book contains cute and creative affirmations which you've probably never heard before. They'll work for you on different levels; one is simply because they'll make you smile and lift your mood:)

Inspiring, Motivating, Empowering

Coming from a family with the belief that money is evil, this just comforted my soul. It further proves that if you believe you can't have money, you will never make enough or have enough of it. I'd rather believe that I can and deserve to have more than enough!!!
