Bill Tybur is part of Attesa, a company that is developing a motorsports and entertainment destination, featuring residential, commercial, and industrial districts, plus a hotel and convention center, a private air strip and more. The keystone project for Attesa is the Podium Club, a private membership complex that opened Dec. 2021. It features a road racing track surrounded by race shops, casitas, and garage mahals, a proving grounds and a high performance driving school.
