Here in the United States, it’s Thanksgiving this week and that usually means focusing on what we’re grateful for and spending time with family. It also usually comes with a long list of to-dos, and we don’t want to add to that.

So, instead of giving advice about how to spend the holiday weekend, we thought we would instead offer an opportunity to reflect on an idea or two that we’ll be doing some reflecting on ourselves.
