Today I discuss about flowing rather than forcing things in our lives or even our routines. For example maybe you’ve been practicing your self care ritual the same way for several months and then you feel like it’s become boring and don’t want to do it. Do you keep doing it or do you stop it? I discuss how it’s better to flow with something than force it to make it work. Life is meant to be enjoyed, not filled with burdens and stresses. The goodness of God is easy and beautiful.
