On this episode I talk about vulnerability and how often times we don’t realize that we might not always pray, write or talk out our most sensitive things even with God.

I titled it balancing spirituality with our human emotions because there are many women in the Christian faith who feel like they have to be strong women of faith and when darkness creeps in like depression or anxiety they feel at a loss and start experiencing self loathing. That is will drag them further into darkness. I share a lot of personal thoughts in this episode on human emotions.

The other day I was trying to make an excuse as to why I didn’t want to do a certain activity. I realized this was something I do with a lot of things in my life. And then the light bulb went on - listen in to what I discovered? Also I ramble on some other thoughts.

Have you ever played tug of war with your “to-do” list. The list is saying you need to do A B C and then God has other plans for you. You wonder if this is God or just you being selfish. You say “I know I need to get ‘A’ done but I really, really want to do ‘Z’ “ . You then find yourself doing nothing because now you are feeling like a screw up, or failure and can’t figure out life. What if I told you that Holy Spirit had the answer for you all along.
