Set in a dystopian future where an epidemic of organ failures has caused engineered specialty replacement organs to become the new fashionable trend. Citizens are addicted to surgery and chasing the fads of "designer organs". But if they can't make their payments, assassins known as the Repo Men will come and take back their property by lethal force.
