The Lunar New Year is the year of the rabbit (or cat, for some)  in January 2023. The tragedy happened within the Asiam community right here in Southern California. There was also a senseless killing of a black citizen by those called to serve and protect. Yet throughout the month, there were many highs and moments that were elevating. Let's talk about all the things we may have grown accustomed to so the sting is no longer, and we sense numbness. Let's remember we are here, and all life matters. Pausing, talking, and listening are critical components of who we are as a human race. Look up, and let's elevate.
