Over the many years of working with young people at the Modern Parenting Solutions office, I've found that the one thing that holds young people back from having a better life is their mindset.
Fortunately, though, parents can have a big impact on changing their young person's negative thinking bias, and today's episode is going to show you how to work with your child or teen at home to help them kick the bad habit of the negative thinking bias and to adopt a more positive and helpful outlook.
