23 // Celebrating 21 Years: Here's What I've Learnt Along the Way

I celebrated turning 21 on the weekend and have been reflecting a lot on my lessons learnt, things I want to let go of & what I want my intentions to be for the best year. 

Here’s the main takeaways:

  1. If you don’t change a belief the same patterns will continue to manifest in your life. 
  2. If you can see it you can have it, so working in your self worth is important. 
  3. Without your health you have nothing. 
  4. The timeframe is irrelevant, you can have it all but it doesn’t all have to fall into your lap immediately. 
  5. Strength comes from how well you can hold tough emotions.
